Our clinic is open 7 days a week, all year around, including statutory holidays.
Clinic Hours
Monday to Friday: 7am to 6pm
Saturday, Sunday and holidays: 8am to 2pm
Walk-in Hours
All services available for CReATe patients by scheduled appointment until further notice by emailing cyclemonitoring@createivf.com or your physician's office.
If you are not a CReATe patient but would like to access our services, please have your doctor fill out a referral form.

Subway
The closest subway stations are Queen's Park Station or College Station, about 5 to 7 minute walk to CReATe.
Train
If traveling by train, the GO train or VIA train can be taken to Union Station. From there, take the subway to Queen's Park or College Station.
Plane
CReATe is 5km from the Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport on Toronto Island for Air Canada and Porter Airlines. If you are coming from the Pearson International Airport, you can take the Union-Pearson Express Train from the airport to Union Station and then take the Subway to CReATe.
Accommodation
Chelsea Hotel offers a Patient Stayover Rate as a courtesy rate to anyone receiving treatment at CReATe Fertility Centre. The following Patient Stayover Rates apply to the Chelsea Rooms category for 2022 (before taxes and fees, and subject to availability):
